On Tuesday evening, the grade 8 boys embarked on a journey to New York for Yud Shvat.
On Sunday evening the boys got together and learned a Sicha about Yud Shvat with refreshments.
On Tuesday the trip kicked off with Maariv and a Farbrengen from where they proceeded to a chartered coach bus arranged by Rabbis Avraham and Dovid Cohen. The boys traveled through the night, arriving at the Ohel at 6:00 AM. After Davening Shacharis and a visit to the Ohel, they continued on to Crown Heights and had the opportunity to visit the Rebbe's house and room, as well as the Library upstairs in 770.
During the trip, the boys also had some free time to explore Kingston Ave and grab a bite to eat. After regrouping for Mincha, they were in for a special treat as they got to see the Rebbe's Tanya and Siddur. The trip ended with the boys feeling inspired and recharged as they headed back to Montreal, with memories that will last a lifetime.
